White Realty Co. was founded in Union County, New Jersey by James F. White in 1950 after serving in World War II. As his business grew, so did his family. Ultimately, James’ daughter Joan White took over as Broker. White Realty Co. is one of the longest running family-owned real estate firms in the state of New Jersey.

Joan has served as Chair on NJ REALTORS Professional Standards Committee hearings throughout the state helping to resolve Realtor disputes. Joan’s commitment and work at the state level for ethics and professional responsibility earned her appointment by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for the role of Public Member on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics District XII.

Now the third generation has joined White Realty, along with its many Million Dollar Club and Circle of Excellence Award winners.
